Overview
At times we may feel lost, fearful, or disconnected from parts of ourselves that have been pushed down, shamed, or criticized. Whether this is because of trauma, guilt, relationships, or complex life circumstances, it can feel challenging or even impossible to navigate. Therapy offers us the space to slow down in a non-judgmental and supportive environment, so we can accept and care for all parts of ourselves, and explore new ways of seeing and being seen. My work is trauma-informed and client-centered and draws from a number of therapies such as Psychodynamic, CBT and IFS.
With this integrative approach, I can create a unique treatment to help you make sense of how your past is affecting your life, and challenge thoughts and behaviours that no longer serve you, so you can see yourself more clearly and compassionately.
