I help adults who feel their life is destroyed by grief, who struggle to make sense of their loss & are searching to find comfort & joy again, yet are unsure they want to. I also work with adults who want to break free from anxiety - the self-doubt, overthinking, & past experiences to begin to understand who they are & what they want. Adults who seek to make change, to take control.

I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker in Michigan and Ohio. Appointments are in-office, online, or in park in MI. Online-only in OH. I have specialty training in EMDR, EMDR for grief, CBT, Anxiety Treatment, and teach holistic-focused mindfulness skills. In-office sessions can be in my office or in a local park for Walk & Talk therapy.
