Sometimes we may feel as if we are drowning, shutting down, or disconnected. As a therapist, I want to empower you to learn how to cope and strengthen you when times feel overwhelming. I want to be the listening ear you need to assist you in making real steps and finding solutions. I like to help you discover real solutions and interventions to help you reach your goals at home with family, work, or school. I'll provide a safe space for you to explore your experiences and feelings. I work with individuals, children, teens, and families. I have experience supporting people with anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, and finding balance.
