She has gained extensive experience working in different mental health settings, including providing individual and group counseling to women with eating disorders and her psycho-social work with addiction and substance use disorders in a male prison (including dual diagnosis and OST treatment). Through her former career as a corporate lawyer, she has gained valuable lived experience of effectively dealing with stress in a high-paced environment and successfully resourcing mental resilience.
In therapy, she clinically translates her knowledge and experience in-room with clients on a daily basis.
