I’ve helped hundreds of clients over the past fifteen years. I'm skilled in several evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindful Self-Compassion, Health at Every Size (HAES), and Intuitive Eating. I’ll tailor these approaches to your unique circumstances and needs. Together, we’ll set goals and I will create a treatment plan to help you reach them. I'll help you develop more effective ways of working through your difficulties. I may also suggest between-session assignments to help you achieve real, long-lasting results.
