Adrienne holds a Master’s degree in Social Work, with a specialization in Clinical Practice. She has also pursued additional training in counseling and therapy, successfully completing The Positive Parenting Program and a course on Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy for Children.

With a decade of experience as a mental health clinician, Adrienne has established a private practice that seamlessly integrates her mental health expertise with mindfulness practices such as meditation and yoga. Her approach aims to assist clients in addressing their mental health challenges and emotional distress effectively.

Presently, Adrienne resides in Fiji, where she provides virtual counseling services to her clients and engages in freelance writing activities.
