     My training and experience are diverse; I am certified in EMDR and trained in several therapeutic approaches. Previous clients have described my presence as warm, empathic, and authentic; and have called our work together helpful, enjoyable, and rewarding.  In therapy, I try to help clients distinguish between areas in their life where they can create change; and those where they cannot.  We explore behavior and beliefs; and develop strategies to implement new behavior where they want to create change, and acceptance where they cannot.
