I have 13 years of experience counseling adults, adolescents, families and couples. I believe change is within reach for everyone. With support, guidance, wisdom and trust, change happens. Healing in our relationship with the self, positively impacts our relationships with others. We are all deserving of satisfaction and fulfillment, as well as the opportunity to share it with others. If you are seeking change in your relationships, self-esteem, satisfaction, environment or behaviors, I can help.
I treat clients of all ages who struggle with relational issues, addictions, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, low self-esteem, sexual issues, adjustment disorders, infidelity, peer pressure/bullying, parent-child conflict and other difficulties. I specialize in relational issues, trauma, and resolution of the core issues and conflicts contributing to each client's concern.
An effective and unique aspect of my counseling practice is the use of The Meadows model that addresses the developmental and relational aspects of trauma. I use it in addition to other traditional treatment modalities to create rapid, thorough and lasting change.
