Stephen Britchkow, Psychologist PC
Stephen Britchkow

I have over 30 years of experience. I creatively integrate positive psychology with a holistic/spiritual approach to enhance healing and growth for individuals, couples and families.

I am a Therapist Resource for the Dr.Phil television series.

My holistic approach includes an in-depth evaluation to uncover and treat conditions that standard medical practice may overlook. I prefer skills to pills, nutrition, life style changes, vitamins and supplements that have been researched and found to safely improve wellness. Some conditions require medication.

Clients often come to see me seeking help for their Relationships, to overcome Depression, Anxiety, Loss, Trauma, PTSD, Anger, ADHD, Addictions, Bipolar Disorder, Body Dysmorphic Disorder and career counseling.

I help people be aware of what is blocking them from reaching their goals, learn how to make better decisions, set priorities, create and implement an action plan to achieve a more gratifying and rewarding life. You will receive focused empathetic listening to help me understand why things have been difficult for you and be given constructive, straight forward feedback aimed at real change.

I strive to compassionately empower you to overcome emotional pain, loss, trauma, toxic relationships ad anger, by illuminating paths and choices yet unseen, to build a new more fulfilling life.Clients are encouraged to share what has worked for them in the past.

I endeaver to provide the highest standard of care available.
