Samaritan Counseling Center

Welcome to the Samaritan Counseling Center, a nonprofit counseling center with offices in Arlington Heights, Deerfield, Evanston, Libertyville, Lake Forest, Mundelein, Oak Park, Winnetka, Wilmette, Lincoln Park and Old Town in Chicago. We provide a variety of professional counseling and education services in 12 locations.

Our therapists see adults, couples, adolescents and children over the age of six with a wide range of concerns. These include those who struggle with anxiety, depression, doubt, school and work performance, lack of fulfillment, grief, divorce, mid-life, career change and other life transitions. We also help people who desire to improve and energize their parenting skills, relationships, and spirituality. And this list is just a beginning.

We can provide a unique kind of psychotherapy, professionally integrating psychology and spirituality. We take spirituality seriously to meet the needs of individuals of all faiths or no faith. We are also able to serve people without insurance or financial resources through fees based on a sliding scale.

Feel free to visit our website and call Joellen Hosler, Intake Coordinator (847-446-6955 ext 20), with any questions, in order to help you make this important choice. If you choose us, you can request a particular therapist, and Joellen will match you with that person when possible.
