When a major change happens, even if it’s one that you have initiated, life can become hectic and unmanageable. Tempers can flare and what seemed like a good idea might be in question. Reorganizing priorities that continually shift can cause you to loose yourself in the details and find it hard to let go of control that is actually upsetting you.
When change occurs and you were not expecting it, life as you knew it can unravel. I provide support through times of change. My OneLife.Coach clients are high functioning and not currently in need of ‘therapy’. Life Coaching Support does not require that you have a mental health diagnosis.

The focus will be on you and your experience as you move through change. We will consider the way things were and how they have changed while looking at the meaning ascribed to the events. We will listen for rumblings of your new self that is emerging and will help you develop goals. We will look at your belief system and see if there are any discrepancies between what you believe and you want.
Individuals and/or family groups to process life changes. Storytelling and processing transitions through the use of family photos, films/videos, and audio tapes/recordings can be particularly useful in preserving memories and creating a lasting tribute, bringing healing now and leaving a legacy for generations to come.
