Ms. Natasha Elena. Shapiro, MPS, ATR-BC, LCAT
As an art therapist, I am trained in verbal and nonverbal communication. I work with adults and adolescents and have an eclectic approach designed to meet your individual needs, issues and challenges. My studio/office space is inviting, comfortable and conducive to the creative process of therapy. Art therapy is useful for exploring emotional issues as well as other goals and relationship challenges. The creative process opens a safe space for exploration and focusing on specific goals in therapy.I like to work with culturally, ethnically diverse clientele including people of any sexual orientation. I also am experienced in working with women specifically regarding depression and anxiety during pregnancy and post-partem. I am also currently starting a new art therapy group for people with eating disorders and/or related issues such as body image issues.
