Are you anxious, sad or stressed? Are you worried about your child? Are you wondering if counseling might help you or your family? If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, then let's explore further to see how I can best serve you and your family.
For over ten years, I have been helping children, adolescents, adults, and families through challenging life situations and complex emotional issues in order to make choices that increase peace, wisdom, and wellbeing in themselves and in their relationships.
I see myself as a co-journeyer, someone to help carry the pack when it feels too heavy for one to handle, and to hold hope for you, your child, and your family as you make your way to stronger relationships, health, and wholeness.

SERVICES

Therapy Groups
Mindful Parenting: This art-based therapy group is for parents (new to very experienced) to explore their own "parented past," how attachment styles were modeled within their family structure, and use their insights to develop healthy attachment styles within their own families and be a more mindful parent. We will be learning paper-making and book binding techniques as well as incorporating personal images and pictures to create an art family album that illustrates this exploration. Surviving to Thriving: This art-based group is for survivors of sexual abuse, incest, or other sexual trauma to gain strength and healing through art making and a supportive and safe group environment.
