Sometimes it's really hard for us to ask for help-especially when you're a strong, independent woman. Therapy is a great way to reach out, learn more about yourself, and grow through any challenges you might be facing.
I exclusively work with women in individual, group, & distance (Online & Phone) therapy for all kinds of issues. I appreciate the connection that women can make with each other, and use this to foster growth in my clients! I have a holistic approach that covers a wide range of symptoms & issues.
Starting therapy can seem scary, but its brave to get some help! Make the decision to change your life today-call or email to schedule. I accept many insurances Out of Network-contact your insurance to see if you qualify for these benefits.

SERVICES

Focus
My practice exclusively treats women, many of who are dealing with issues like depression, anxiety, postpartum mood issues, and disordered relationships with food.

Therapy Groups
Living Courageously Retreats based on the Daring Way™ are run several times a year. The Daring Way™ is a highly experiential methodology based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. The method was designed for work with individuals, couples, families, work teams and organizational leaders. During this amazing weekend, we explore topics such as vulnerability, courage, shame and worthiness. We examine the thoughts, emotional and behaviors that are holding us back and we identify the new choices and practices that will move us toward more authentic and wholehearted living. The primary focus is on developing shame resilience skills and developing daily practices that transform the way we live, love, parent and lead.
