"Mending the Soul" I'm starting a group for adult survivors of abuse. We will be going through Steven R. Tracy's "Mending the Soul". This group's goal is to help you begin your healing journey in a place that is safe and supportive. You can also expect to learn new skills as well. If you are an adult survivor and are looking for a setting where you can begin your recovery at your own pace, please email me.
