Welcome! Thank you for wanting to know more about how I can help you with your addictions or other mental health problems.  You've taken a big step forward in getting help and I know choosing a therapist is a big decision.  So, let me tell you more about myself.  I have experience helping people who are addicted to drugs and alcohol.  I am also trained in EMDR, which is a therapy designed to help people who suffer from PTSD or who experienced other traumatic experiences that they can't seem to move forward from.  These can be large or "big T" traumas like rape, physical abuse or domestic violence, but they can also be "small t" traumas like being made fun of in school or being neglected by parents, etc.  Both "big T" and "small t" traumas can affect the way we think, behave and feel today.  I can help you resolve some of these issues and move forward with your life.  Don't live any longer with things that unneccessarily hold you back - I will make your experience as comfortable as possible.
