Dr. Debra Mandel-A Professional Psychological Corp
Debra Mandel

Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, posttraumatic stress disorder, workplace difficulties, the fallout from childhood/adulthood abuse (emotional, physical and/or sexual) or relationship issues, I aim to help provide you with the personalized care and help you need. In addition to private practice, I've worked in several drug and alcohol rehabilitation centers as the Family Program Director, helping families recover from the throes of addictions. While many therapists work from only one theoretical perspective, I uniquely combine a variety of modalities including gestalt, psychodynamic, experiential, and solution-based approaches to psychotherapy, thereby adapting to the needs of each client. I also has advanced training and practice in EMDR (eye-movement desensitization reprocessing) commonly used for those who have suffered extreme trauma in their lives. I have four publsihed books and also co-host a weekly podcast on all topics psychology related.
