Are you feeling up tight, on edge and become irritated at the smallest things? Does your mind race to where you find it difficult to concentrate? These are symptoms of anxiety, stress, and depression. I utilize a variety of treatment modalities including Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and principles of Positive Psychology to help you effectively manage these toxic emotions. I provide honest feedback in a confidential, safe and non-judgmental environment for my clients to help facilitate positive change. My own personal struggles with anxiety and depression have made me more sensitive to the needs of my clients.
If you are struggling to meet your true potential and not looking to go the therapy route, I also provide life coaching services to assist you in developing strategies and an action plan to help you identify and reach your goals. For those who find it difficult to commute to my office, I provide phone sessions and communication through email. I work with clients dealing with a variey of issues including but not limited to time management, career transition, and intimacy issues.
