Darline Meskiel, LMFT
Darline Meskiel

I am a licensed marriage family therapist (LMFT) with over thirty years professional experience specializing in drug and/or alcohol addiction (12-Step), grief counseling and general anxiety caused by the stress of everyday life, traumatic events and negative thinking. I understand that each person I work with has their own unique struggles and that there is no “one size fits all” when it comes to healing. My approach is to take the time to get to know you and your situation. Together we will help guide you through the journey to reach a happy, positive, and peaceful life by setting goals.

I take a Family Systems approach in that I view all members of a family, whether blood relative or not, like spokes in a wheel: When one of those spokes is broken, the wheel suffers and can cause things to go off track. The Family Systems approach addresses the broken spoke and helps you get the wheel – and your life - back on track.

I also offer spiritual-centered counseling for those who desire to use prayer and meditation for healing.

First appointment is free, and I am happy to work with you on sliding scale. Call today for an appointment (818) 590-0982.
