As a therapist, I bring maturity and compassion to my work with people. My approach is warm, accepting, inquisitive, and playful. It can be difficult to break through the barriers we put up for ourselves. Yet when we feel truly heard and understood, the inner walls dissolve naturally. In a supportive atmosphere of acceptance we will work together to nurture your innate strengths and to help you clarify and sort out any confusion and pain, and assist you in broadening self-understanding.
I have experience working effectively with a broad range of concerns including issues related to self esteem, trust, relationships, depression, anxiety, and stress. Therapy can help you develop self knowledge, strength, acceptance, vitality, and compassion.
