Chicago Counseling Center, Inc.
Abigail Yeomans

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor offering services during daytime, evening and weekend hours on the North Side of Chicago. I work with individuals struggling with Anxiety, Depression, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. I am also certified by the TLC Foundation to treat hair pulling, skin picking and other body-focused repetitive disorders.

Each client I view as unique and I adapt my treatment methods to meet each individual where they are at. All interventions and techniques I use with my clients are grounded in scientific data. Often, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Exposure Ritual Prevention are my foundational treatment approaches.

I believe that each individual has the ability to heal and make progress, and that sometimes we just need a bit of help along the way. Please reach out if you or a loved one has any questions or wishes to set up an initial appointment.
