Atlanta Therapy Resources, LLC
Monica Dutke, MFA, MPS, ATR, CHT, LPC

I provide healing therapeutic services including Art Therapy, Psychotherapy, Addiction Services, Hypnotherapy, Play Therapy, DBT and others. Using a strength-based approach to meet you where you are, I feel that the therapeutic relationship is sacred. Each person, family or group is different with different needs. It is through my life experience, training, and education that I am able to work creatively with you to meet your needs and goals. I provide therapeutic services to groups, individuals of all ages, families and couples, and have extensive experience working with individuals and families struggling with addiction.

As an Art Therapist and Psychotherapist I believe in healing through creativity and that creativity is an everyday life force. Using this in my work with those I serve, I have found that people are able to access creativity not only in creative expression but also in discovering choices they did not know they had.

Focus
Art Therapy Groups are focused on connecting with self. Engaging in art making opens up feelings, ideas and thoughts that might not have been conscious before. Connecting with self requires a slowing down and being intentional. This group will encourage exploration in the slowing down. Addiction Groups provide psycho-education about addiction, skills focused on learning how to live without engaging in the addiction, and process which focuses on sharing struggles and concerns with the facilitation of one to two trained group therapists.
