Build and Repair Your Relationship - our goal is to save your marriage and if at all possible or, if not, to make sure that all parties can understand and survive the break-up, with the least negative impact on their lives.Your focus will be on solutions not problems, on your strengths not your weaknesses, and on the present not the past.
My techniques include anger management, conflict resolution, relationship communication training, assertiveness training, all of which can be factors in the complexities of marriage and family relationships. I also help clients manage: attention deficit; a strong-willed child; depression; anxiety; panic attacks; grief; loss; stress and intimacy issues.
Credentials: Masters, Fairfield University, Marriage & Family Therapy, 1996. Certified in cognitive behavioral treatment (Boston University post-graduate program) with additional training in dialectical behavior therapy. Clinical Member: AAMFT, American Association of Marriage & Family Therapy. Certified Anger Management Specialist I, National Anger Management Association.
