I have more than 35 years of experience successfully working with individuals, couples, and children in Santa Monica, CA and the greater Los Angeles area. I believe that therapy works best in an environment of privacy, safety, and trust. These qualities allow my clients the freedom to explore and experience their feelings, early traumas, and unwanted behaviors. I actively participate in the therapeutic process with each client using Gestalt, psychodynamic therapy, and sensorimotor theories and skills that highlight the mind-body connection. By looking closely at their unhealthy patterns of relating, together my clients and I foster change in their thoughts, emotions, and belief systems; and increase their capacity for connections.

I attended the University of Illinois, UCLA and Antioch for my Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Psychology, earned my Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Goddard University and received my Ph.D. in Philosophy with an emphasis in Psychology from Pacific Western University.

I have appeared on numerous TV and radio programs including: Larry King, The Michael Jackson Radio Show, The Love Connection, KFI News Channel 11, and the Channel 4 News. I have also been interviewed by The Los Angeles Times and Parenting Magazine.
