Here are some tips to keep mentally health.

  • Get enough sleep-always try to get at least 6 hours of sleep
  • Eat proper food-keep a good, healthy diet by eating balanced meals
  • Get exercise-physical activity helps release endorphins
  • Everything doesn't have to be accomplished in one day-be realistic in your schedule
  • Be grateful
  • Pay attention to your body
  • Spend time with your loved ones

These are tips that almost all articles lay out to get rid of stress as a student.  I think they forgot to be more honest about the true nature of most college students.  They don't get enough sleep, eat vegatables, spend time with loved ones, etc.  What you we need to remember is that they survive, don't call home much, visit less and less.  However, in the end they meet new people, find life long friends and at the same time enjoy life.  They grow up!
